Abstract:
The influence of Te content on the as-cast structure and properties of Cu-Cr-Zr-Te alloy was studied by SEM, EDS and other micro-characterization and micro-hardness and electrical conductivity testing methods. The results show that with the increase of Te content, the hardness of the as-cast Cu-Cr-Zr-Te alloy gradually increases, but the electrical conductivity basically tends to a stable state. The hardness and electrical conductivity of the alloy increase after hot forging. In as-cast Cu-Cr-Zr-Te alloy, the low content of Te and Zr have a strong binding force, which is easy to form CuZrTe compounds. Increasing the content of Te tends to form CuCrTe compounds; after the alloy is heated at 900℃/4h and hot forging treatment, the CuCrTe compound decomposed into a Te-rich phase and a Cr-rich phase results in the depletion of Te element in the matrix, resulting in the decrease in the relative ratio of element Te and Cr to form CuZrTe compounds.
