Preparation Methods and Research Status of High-entropy Alloys

摘要: 针对高熵合金的化学成分、力学性能和近年来的研究进展进行了综述，对比了真空熔炼法、机械合金化、磁控溅射法、电化学法及激光增材制造等高熵合金的制备方法，并总结和展望了这些制备方法的研究现状和方向。

Abstract: The chemical composition, mechanical properties and recent progress of high entropy alloys (HEAs) were reviewed.By comparing the preparation methods of high-entropy alloy, such as vacuum melting method, mechanical alloying method, magnetron sputtering method, electrochemical method and laser additive manufacturing, the research status and direction of these preparation methods were also summarized and looked out.
