Abstract:
In order to analyze the influence of forging ratio on the high temperature performance of H13 die steel, the forging tests of H13 die steel samples were carried out by different forging ratios, the high temperature wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and high temperature tensile properties at 500 ℃ high temperature environment were tested and compared. The results show that the high temperature wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and high temperature tensile properties of H13 die steel samples increase first and then decrease with the increase of forging ratio from 3 to 7. Compared with the the sample obtained at forging ratio of 3, the H13 die steel samples obtained at the forging ratio of 6 have 33.55% reduction in wear volume after 30 min wear at 500 ℃, 48.33% reduction in weight gain per unit area, 14.45%increase in tensile strength, and 15.78% increase in yield strength after 10 h oxidation. When the initial forging temperature is 1120 ℃, the final forging temperature is 920 ℃ and the die preheating temperature is 300 ℃, the improved forging ratio of H13 die steel is 6.
