Abstract:
The pure aluminum sheet, AZ31 magnesium alloy and copper foil were used as raw materials to explore the integrated preparation technology of aluminum-magnesium micro-laminated composites, and the effects of different Al/Mg layer thickness ratios on the microstructure and properties of the materials were studied. The microstructure, element distribution and crack propagation of the composites were analyzed by metallographic microscope, field emission electron probe, X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the interface bonding of the composites prepared by vacuum hot pressing sintering technology is good, and the mechanical properties first increase and then decrease with the increase of layer thickness ratio. When the layer thickness ratio of Al to Mg is 1∶3, the comprehensive properties of the composites are the best with the flexural strength of 365.58 MPa, the bending specific strength of 149.2×10
3 N·m/kg and the tensile strength of 210.24 MPa.
