Research Progress of Thermal Protective Coating on Surface of DZ125 Nickel-based Alloy

The latest research progress of thermal protective coating on DZ125 nickel-based alloy was introduced, including diffusion coating, physical vapor deposition coating, spraying coating and laser fusion coating technology. The preparation methods, high temperature protection mechanism and failure mechanism of different thermal protective coatings developed in recent years were reviewed.The development trend and application prospect of the thermal protective coating on the surface of DZ125 alloy were discussed.
