Design of Clamping Device for Welding of Thin Plate Structure

The welding quality and welding deformation control of thin plate structures are always difficult points in manufacturing. How to ensure simple, reliable and rapid compression of multiple ribbed plates welded to the thin plate in thin plate structures, so that multiple ribbed plates and the bottom plate can be closely attached with uniform force, is an urgent problem to be solved to ensure product quality. A kind of compression device was designed. It can provide uniform compression force, ensure close fitting between reinforcement and thin plate, and meet the compression requirements of different specifications of thin plate structural members.
