Simulation Design and Verification of Casting Process of Large-Size Turbine Castings

The turbine is a high-speed rotating component with a complex curved surface structure on the supercharger, and it has high quality requirements. ProCAST software was used to simulate the large-size turbine casting process, which realized the optimization of the turbine casting process.The research on the fine-grained process was carried out by combing with the actual production, and the large-size turbine castings meeting the requirements in structure, performance and dimensional accuracy were produced.
